On September 15, immerse yourself in a one-night-only culinary takeover that honors heritage through bold flavors and inventive pairings. The evening unfolds with chalupas de harina de mezquite con guajolote en mole de nuez, followed by chamorro de cerdo en Nogada, and finishes with cheesecake de queso Chihuahua topped with garambullo marmalade.
Each course is paired with an artful cocktail, from the smoky depth of Pepe el Toro to the tropical intrigue of Charro en Roma and the indulgent finish of Angelito Negro.
